Please note the "new" center is north of the "old" center. It also means the old model runs are useless to us until we see the 24-00Z run. The upper low I mentioned earlier is currently on water vapor near the southern tip of mainland FL moving NNE and can be found on the 24-00Z 300 millibar chart with 25 knot vectors to the immediate west of the new center from the SSW. Please also note on water vapor imagery the Western Atlantic trough is now impinging westerly winds over the outflow of TD4. It too is doubtful the new models tonight are going to reveal anything new to us until this new center maintains some degree of continuity and the NOAA gets out there and samples the environment.
