Near constant rain now with steady E winds in the 18 to 22 MPH range, rain was falling at .7" per hour during the last squall.
Rain appears to be training over N Miami and west to Miramar, 2" of accumulation there by radar estimates. Off shore storms have embedded lighting. They will reach my location in the next hour and look NASTY.
This is going to be LONG night since its not "bad" yet.
