Maybe see early start to the season? I couldn't figure out how to create a new post (for some reason), so replying to "dust off" the cobwebs and see if anyone has been checking out the consistency of the GFS suggesting a strong/close tropical low ejecting northward out of the western Caribbean into the southeast GOMEX May 23/24th. The model has been suggesting this for days, initially taking the system into Louisianna as a tropical storm, but now the latest run tracks it into the west coast of Florida near Tampa Bay in the early morning hours of the 25th.
