Re: Week 2 July, Slightly More to Watch

the wave in the atlantic that is east of the islands has lost a lot of convection over the last day or so,but the swirl remains. the NHC says that upper level winds are not favorable at the moment, but that it has gotten better organized today. if this thing doesnt start developing storms around the center soon is this going to be the end of the wave for potential development? i dont know what the shear forecast is in the coming days. i have heard that it is relaxing a bit but it is still unfavorable for any development.
