Is the 2015 Cape Verde season dead to the US?

Generally speaking, the Atlantic Cape Verde systems are diverted into "fish spiner's" by late September / early October due to North American frontal activity. Since there are no iminate systems coming off of West Africa, are we likely at the end of the the (albeit short) Cape Verde threat?

I realize that "home grown" systems are still an issue and might affect CONUS.
