Just after 1pm---25.1, 92.1, drifting SE, or reforming...loop in progress, most likely. Winds holding at FL and surface, pressure back UP 2mb in 2 hrs.....

Skies graying here with the wind up to about 8-12mph. Looks like the only band threatening (per radar) is on its way. Gotta make a stiff one and go outside.

I'm sticking with my call (no choice) from the other day of a stallout and entry into one of the two souternmost counties in Texas as Cat 1 or 2. Lots of good Bastardi Aliciaesque comments. I'll get to some of what he touched on later. I'm going enjoy the rainband.

yeah Bill, center is at 25.1N and 92.2W from the latest vis fix I got just a minute ago... actually looks to be drifting very slowly off to the SE.... probably just stationary, with erratic movement.... LLC looks good but exposed on about 70% of it, I'm surprised its as strong as it it.... considering all the convection is basically only in one quadrant....

Re: NEW LOW ?

I was thinking a tick north and a tick west of there...not much but a little. Radar out of San Juan isn't exactly clear but hints at something which *could* be circulation, however I also could be seeing things. Certainly something to keep an eye on - if we have anything left after our drunk friend in the gulf.

So do I and I don't think that its a 'wobble' - time for me to take a few minutes and work on a new article.

From what I can tell she still looks to be stationary and just eratically drifting around... I can detect no real direct track from the latest GOES vis sat loop. Did wobble to the east a shade in one loop, but nothing that would indicate its moving in that direction...

Storm Cooper, I see you are from Lynn Haven, I am in the PC area also. There are several on the GOPBI message board who are from the PC area also, one who has his own tropical weather web site. I do not post very often, but read the posts on a almost daily basis. I was here for Kate (85) Allison, Beryll, Erin, Opal and many others. Just wanted to say a quick hello.
