The RECON so far found a max wind of 149kts, but it is likely, that 160kt max flight level winds are occurring. Typically, 920mb is the threshold / benchmark standard, besides wind data, used in the Atlantic basin to Categorize a storm as having CAT 5 intensity -- the highest Category.
