Yuppers... These two features appear to be small H70-H50 vortices that were convectively spun up and are presently being sheared off to the northeast by the H50-H30 trough extending northeast from FL. these small vortices are riding over the top of the SW-NE oriented SFC-H85 inverted trough that currently lies across that area.
