AT 11 PM EDT...0300Z...THE TROPICAL STORM WARNING ON THE FLORIDA
GULF COAST WEST OF APALACHICOLA AND SOUTH OF ANCLOTE KEY HAS BEEN
DISCONTINUED.

A TROPICAL STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT ON THE ATLANTIC COAST
FROM NORTH OF COCOA BEACH NORTHWARD TO THE SAVANNAH RIVER...AND
ON THE GULF COAST FROM ANCLOTE KEY NORTHWARD TO APALACHICOLA.

AT 11 PM EDT...0300Z...THE CENTER OF TROPICAL STORM JEANNE WAS
LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 29.9 NORTH...LONGITUDE 82.8 WEST OR ABOUT
35 MILES WEST-NORTHWEST OF GAINESVILLE FLORIDA. THIS IS ALSO ABOUT
100 MILES SOUTHEAST OF VALDOSTA GEORGIA.

JEANNE IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTH NEAR 14 MPH...22 KM/HR...AND THIS
GENERAL MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT 24 HOURS. ON
THIS TRACK...THE CENTER OF JEANNE SHOULD MOVE INTO SOUTHERN GEORGIA
BY MONDAY AFTERNOON.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 50 MPH... 85 KM/HR...WITH HIGHER
GUSTS. FURTHER WEAKENING IS FORECAST DURING THE NEXT 24 HOURS AND
JEANNE COULD BECOME A TROPICAL DEPRESSION BY MONDAY AFTERNOON.

SOUTHERN GEORGIA...A GUST TO 52 MPH WAS REPORTED AT VALDOSTA.

HIGHER AT THE HEADS OF BAYS. TIDES COULD POSSIBLY REACH 3 TO 6 FEET
IN AREAS OF ONSHORE FLOW NORTH OF TAMPA BAY. STORM SURGE FLOODING
OF 1 TO 3 FEET ABOVE NORMAL TIDE LEVELS IS POSSIBLE IN THE WARNED
AREA ALONG THE NORTHEAST FLORIDA AND GEORGIA COASTS.
