LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 14.5 NORTH...LONGITUDE 27.5 WEST OR ABOUT 210
MILES...335 KM...WEST OF THE SOUTHERNMOST CAPE VERDE ISLANDS.

THE DEPRESSION IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST-NORTHWEST NEAR 18 MPH...AND
THIS GENERAL MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT 24 HOURS.
