FROM FLAGLER BEACH FLORIDA TO SOUTH SANTEE RIVER SOUTH CAROLINA...
AND ON THE GULF COAST FROM ANCLOTE KEY TO APALACHICOLA FLORIDA.

AT 8 AM EDT...1200Z...THE CENTER OF TROPICAL STORM JEANNE WAS
LOCATED OVER SOUTHWESTERN GEORGIA NEAR LATITUDE 31.0 NORTH...
LONGITUDE 83.8 WEST...OR NEAR MOULTRIE GEORGIA.

JEANNE IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTH-NORTHWEST NEAR 12 MPH. A TURN TO
THE NORTH-NORTHEAST IS EXPECTED OVER THE NEXT 24 HOURS

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 45 MPH...WITH HIGHER
GUSTS. JEANNE IS EXPECTED TO WEAKEN TO A TROPICAL DEPRESSION BY
LATE TODAY.
