TO APALACHICOLA FLORIDA IS DISCONTINUED.

A TROPICAL STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM FLAGLER BEACH
FLORIDA TO SOUTH SANTEE RIVER SOUTH CAROLINA.

AT 11 AM EDT...1500Z...THE CENTER OF TROPICAL STORM JEANNE WAS
LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 31.6 NORTH... LONGITUDE 83.9 WEST OR ABOUT 15
MILES EAST-NORTHEAST OF ALBANY GEORGIA.

JEANNE IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTH NEAR 12 MPH...AND A TURN TO THE
NORTH-NORTHEAST IS EXPECTED LATER TODAY.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 40 MPH...WITH HIGHER GUSTS.
JEANNE IS EXPECTED TO WEAKEN TO A TROPICAL DEPRESSION THIS
AFTERNOON.
