DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 300 AM GMT (0300 UTC), the center of Subtropical Storm Wanda was located near latitude 35.6 North, longitude 44.1 West. The storm is moving toward the southwest near 8 mph (13 km/h). A turn back to the east-southeast or east is expected on Monday, followed by a turn to the north or northeast on Tuesday. Maximum sustained winds are near 50 mph (85 km/h) with higher gusts. Little change in strength is forecast during the next few days. Winds of 40 mph extend outward up to 105 miles (165 km) from the center. The estimated minimum central pressure is 990 mb (29.24 inches).
