NORTH CAROLINA...AND ABOUT 150 MILES...240 KM...SOUTHWEST OF
NORFOLK VIRGINIA.

ERNESTO IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTH NEAR 15 MPH...24 KM/HR. A TURN
