DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK

At 1100 PM AST (0300 UTC), the center of Tropical Storm Sean was
located near latitude 14.1 North, longitude 39.5 West. Sean is
moving toward the west-northwest near 14 mph (22 km/h). A general
northwestward motion with a decrease in forward speed is expected
during the next few days.

Maximum sustained winds have increased to near 45 mph (75 km/h)
with higher gusts. Gradual weakening is forecast for the next few
days.

Tropical-storm-force winds extend outward up to 105 miles (165 km)
from the center.

The estimated minimum central pressure is 1005 mb (29.68 inches).
