NICOLE IS MOVING TOWARD THE EAST-NORTHEAST NEAR 15 MPH...24 KM/HR...
AND THIS GENERAL MOTION IS FORECAST TO CONTINUE TONIGHT...WITH A
GRADUAL TURN TOWARD THE NORTH-NORTHEAST AND NORTH EXPECTED BY
