Key Messages:

1. Heavy rainfall will continue to result in areas of flash
flooding, some of which may be locally considerable, in portions of
northeastern New York and northern New England before
rainfall rates taper off late tonight with a diminishing threat of
flash flooding. Isolated minor to moderate river flooding is
possible.

2. A couple of tornadoes are possile this evening over portions of
the Upper Mid-Atlantic region into western New England.
