The post-tropical cyclone is moving toward the northeast near 21 mph (33 km/h) and this motion is expected to continue with an increase in forward speed tonght Maximum sustained winds are near 25 mph (35 km/h) with higher gusts. Little change in strength is forecast tonight. The estimated minimum central pressure is 1012 mb (29.89 inches). RAINFALL: Post-Tropical Cyclone Chantal will continue to produce heavy rainfall across portions of the Delmarva, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania into this evening.
