COAST HAS BEEN EXTENDED NORTHEASTWARD TO SAN LUIS PASS. A TROPICAL
STORM WARNING IS NOW EFFECT FOR THE TEXAS COAST FROM SAN LUIS PASS
SOUTHWARD. A TROPICAL STORM WARNING MEANS THAT TROPICAL STORM
CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED WITHIN THE WARNING AREA WITHIN THE NEXT 24
HOURS.
