THE TROPICAL STORM WARNING FOR THE COAST OF HONDURAS.

LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 14.1 NORTH...LONGITUDE 85.7 WEST OR OVER
SOUTHEASTERN HONDURAS ABOUT 100 MILES...160 KM...EAST OF
TEGUCIGALPA.

FELIX IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST NEAR 12 MPH...19 KM/HR...AND THIS
MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE WITH A GRADUAL DECREASE IN FORWARD
SPEED DURING THE NEXT 24 HOURS. THIS WILL BRING THE CENTER OF
FELIX THROUGH HONDURAS ON WEDNESDAY.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS HAVE DECREASED TO NEAR 50 MPH...
85 KM/HR...WITH HIGHER GUSTS. CONTINUED RAPID WEAKENING IS FORECAST
