COAST OF MEXICO THIS EVENING.

AT 515 PM CDT...2215Z...THE CENTER OF TROPICAL DEPRESSION THIRTEEN
WAS LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 21.7 NORTH...LONGITUDE 95.0 WEST OR ABOUT
190 MILES...305 KM...EAST OF TAMPICO MEXICO.

THE DEPRESSION IS MOVING TOWARD THE SOUTHWEST NEAR 3 MPH. LITTLE
OVERALL MOTION IS EXPECTED OVER THE NEXT 24 HOURS.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 30 MPH...45 KM/HR...WITH HIGHER
