WAS LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 21.7 NORTH...LONGITUDE 95.4 WEST OR ABOUT
165 MILES...265 KM...EAST-SOUTHEAST OF TAMPICO MEXICO.

THE DEPRESSION HAS BEEN MOVING TOWARD THE WEST NEAR 5 MPH. A SLOW
AND ERRATIC MOTION IS EXPECTED OVER THE NEXT DAY OR SO.
