NOEL IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTH-NORTHWEST NEAR 5 MPH...8 KM/HR. A
GENERAL NORTHWESTWARD MOTION IS EXPECTED DURING THE NEXT 24
HOURS...TAKING THE CENTER OF NOEL NEAR OR OVER THE SOUTHWESTERN
