REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR THE NORTHERN PENINSULA OF HAITI FROM THE
HAITI-DOMINICAN REPUBLIC BORDER TO GONAIVES.

TROPICAL STORM WARNINGS ARE IN EFFECT FOR THE CENTRAL AND
SOUTHEASTERN BAHAMAS...INCLUDING THE TURKS AND CAICOS ISLANDS.
