AT 800 PM AST...0000Z...THE CENTER OF TROPICAL STORM OLGA WAS LOCATED INLAND OVER THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC NEAR LATITUDE 18.8 NORTH...LONGITUDE 69.5 WEST OR ABOUT 30 MILES...45 KM... NORTH- NORTHEAST OF SANTO DOMINGO IN THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC AND JUST SOUTH OF BAHIA DE SAMANA. OLGA IS MOVING ON A GENERAL WESTWARD TRACK NEAR 13 MPH...20 KM/HR...AND THIS GENERAL MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT 24 HOURS.
