THE DEPRESSION HAS SLOWED DOWN AND IS NOW MOVING TOWARD THE WEST NEAR 13 MPH...21 KM/HR. THIS GENERAL MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE DURING THE NEXT 24 TO 36 HOURS.
