MILES...1700 KM...EAST OF THE NORTHERN LEEWARD ISLANDS.

BERTHA IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST-NORTHWEST NEAR 20 MPH...32 KM/HR.
A GENERAL WEST-NORTHWESTWARD MOTION WITH A GRADUAL DECREASE IN
