THAT TROPICAL STORM CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED WITHIN THE WARNING AREA
WITHIN THE NEXT 24 HOURS.

BERTHA HAS BEEN NEARLY STATIONARY DURING THE PAST FEW HOURS BUT IS
FORECAST TO MOVE TOWARD THE NORTH NEAR 2 MPH...4 KM/HR LATER TODAY.
THIS GENERAL SLOW MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE DURING THE NEXT 24
