BERTHA ONCE AGAIN HAS STALLED AND LITTLE MOTION IS ANTICIPATED DURING THE NEXT FEW HOURS. HOWEVER...BERTHA SHOULD BEGIN TO MOVE TOWARD THE NORTHWEST NEAR 2 MPH...4 KM/HR...THIS AFTERNOON OR TONIGHT. A GRADUAL TURN TO THE NORTH IS EXPECTED DURING THE NEXT 24 TO 36 HOURS.
