MILES...1080 KM...EAST-NORTHEAST OF CAPE RACE NEWFOUNDLAND.

BERTHA IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHEAST NEAR 30 MPH...48 KM/HR...AND A
A GENERALLY NORTHEASTWARD MOTION WITH AN INCREASE IN FORWARD SPEED
