THE ORGANIZATION OF EDOUARD...AS DEPICTED BY SATELLITE AND RADAR
IMAGERY...HAS BEEN DEGENERATING THIS AFTERNOON. SURFACE
OBSERVATIONS AND DOPPLER RADAR DATA SUGGESTS THAT SURFACE WINDS
HAVE FALLEN BELOW 35 KT...AND EDOUARD IS DOWNGRADED TO A DEPRESSION
WITH THIS ADVISORY. CONTINUED WEAKENING IS EXPECTED AS THE CYCLONE
PUSHES FARTHER INLAND.

THE INITIAL MOTION IS 300/8. THIS GENERAL MOTION IS EXPECTED TO
CONTINUE AROUND THE PERIPHERY OF A MID-LEVEL RIDGE UNTIL THE
CIRCULATION DISSIPATES IN A DAY OR SO.
