FAY HAS BEEN MOVING ERRATICALLY OVER THE PAST FEW HOURS BUT IS EXPECTED TO MOVE TOWARD THE NORTH-NORTHEAST NEAR 5 MPH...7 KM/HR...OVERNIGHT. A GRADUAL TURN TOWARD THE NORTH IS EXPECTED DURING THE NEXT 12 TO 24 HOURS. ON THIS TRACK...THE CENTER OF FAY WILL MOVE JUST OFFSHORE OVER THE ATLANTIC WATERS ON WEDNESDAY.
