THE DEPRESSION IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTH NEAR 17 MPH...AND A GRADUAL TURN TOWARD THE NORTH-NORTHEAST IS EXPECTED DURING THE NEXT 12 TO 24 HOURS. MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 30 MPH...WITH HIGHER GUSTS... MAINLY NORTH AND NORTHEAST OF THE CENTER. GRADUAL WEAKENING IS FORECAST DURING THE NEXT 24 HOURS.
