NORTH CAROLINA COAST FROM CAPE LOOKOUT NORTHWARD TO DUCK...
INCLUDING THE ABLEMARLE AND PAMLICO SOUNDS. A TROPICAL STORM WATCH
MEANS THAT TROPICAL STORM CONDITIONS ARE POSSIBLE WITHIN THE WATCH
