WHILE THE SYSTEM CONTINUES TO PRODUCE CONVECTION THAT IS CLASSIFIABLE USING THE DVORAK TECHNIQUE...IT NO LONGER HAS A WELL-ENOUGH DEFINED CIRCULATION TO BE CONSIDERED A TROPICAL DEPRESSION. THE REMNANT TROUGH OR TROPICAL WAVE IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE MOVING NORTHWESTWARD FOR THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS.
