FROM THE MOUTH OF THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER TO SABINE PASS. A TROPICAL
STORM WATCH MEANS THAT TROPICAL STORM CONDITIONS ARE POSSIBLE
WITHIN THE WATCH AREA...GENERALLY WITHIN 36 HOURS.

A TROPICAL STORM WARNING MAY BE REQUIRED FOR PORTIONS OF THE WATCH
AREA LATER TODAY.

90.0 WEST OR ABOUT 315 MILES...SOUTH OF THE MOUTH OF THE MISSISSIPPI
RIVER.

THE DEPRESSION IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTH-NORTHWEST NEAR 13 MPH
AND THIS GENERAL MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT 24
HOURS.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS REMAIN NEAR 35 MPH...WITH HIGHER GUSTS
MAINLY TO THE NORTH AND EAST OF THE CENTER. THE DEPRESSION COULD
