THE TROPICAL STORM WATCH WEST OF INTRACOASTAL CITY HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED. A TROPICAL STORM WARNING MEANS THAT TROPICAL STORM CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED WITHIN THE WARNING AREA WITHIN THE NEXT 24 HOURS. AT 4 AM CDT...0900Z...THE CENTER OF THE TROPICAL STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 25.6 NORTH... LONGITUDE 90.4 WEST OR ABOUT 255 MILES...SOUTH-SOUTHWEST OF THE MOUTH OF THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER.
