CINDY IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTH-NORTHEAST NEAR 13 MPH...AND A GRADUAL TURN TO THE NORTHEAST IS EXPECTED DURING THE NEXT 12 TO 24 HOURS. ON THIS TRACK...THE CENTER WILL MOVE ONSHORE THE SOUTHEASTERN LOUISIANA COAST NEAR GRAND ISLE AROUND MIDNIGHT. MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 70 MPH...WITH HIGHER GUSTS.
