GRENADINES...ST. VINCENT...AND ST. LUCIA. A HURRICANE WATCH MEANS
THAT HURRICANE CONDITIONS ARE POSSIBLE WITHIN THE WATCH AREA WITHIN
36 HOURS. A HURRICANE WARNING WILL LIKELY BE REQUIRED FOR ALL OR
