A TROPICAL STORM WATCH MEANS THAT TROPICAL STORM CONDITIONS ARE POSSIBLE IN THE WATCH AREA DURING THE NEXT 36 HOURS. AT 8 AM EDT...1200Z...THE POORLY-DEFINED CENTER OF TROPICAL DEPRESSION ONE WAS LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 32.5 NORTH...LONGITUDE 79.2 WEST OR ABOUT 45 MILES EAST-SOUTHEAST OF CHARLESTON SOUTH CAROLINA. THE DEPRESSION IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTH-NORTHWEST NEAR 7 MPH AND A TURN TO THE NORTH IS EXPECTED DURING THE NEXT 12 TO 24 HOURS.
