SOUTH-SOUTHWEST OF SALTILLO MEXICO. THE DEPRESSION IS DRIFTING TOWARD THE WEST NEAR 2 MPH ... 4 KM/HR...AND THIS GENERAL MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE TODAY. MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 30 MPH... 45 KM/HR. CONTINUED WEAKENING IS FORECAST AND EMILY SHOULD GRADUALLY DISSIPATE LATER TODAY. THE ESTIMATED MINIMUM CENTRAL PRESSURE IS 1007 MB...29.74 INCHES.
