28 KM/HR. THIS GENERAL TRACK WITH A DECREASE IN FORWARD SPEED IS
EXPECTED TO CONTINUE DURING THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS. ON THE
FORECAST TRACK...BONNIE IS EXPECTED TO CROSS THE EASTERN GULF OF
