THE DEPRESSION IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST NEAR 25 MPH...41 KM/HR. A GRADUAL TURN TOWARD THE WEST-NORTHWEST AND A DECREASE IN FORWARD SPEED IS EXPECTED DURING THE NEXT 24 HOURS.
