NEAR LATITUDE 39.9 NORTH...LONGITUDE 59.3 WEST. IGOR IS MOVING
TOWARD THE NORTHEAST NEAR 29 MPH...46 KM/HR...AND A TURN TO THE
NORTH-NORTHEAST IS EXPECTED ON TUESDAY FOLLOWED BY A TURN TOWARD
THE NORTH ON WEDNESDAY. ON THE FORECAST TRACK...THE CENTER OF THE
CYCLONE WILL MOVE NEAR THE SOUTHEASTERN TIP OF NEWFOUNDLAND ON
TUESDAY.

NOVA SCOTIA AND NEWFOUNDLAND FOR THE NEXT FEW DAYS. SWELLS WILL BE
SLOW TO SUBSIDE IN PUERTO RICO...THE VIRGIN ISLANDS...HISPANIOLA...
AND PORTIONS OF THE BAHAMAS DURING THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS. THESE
