A TROPICAL STORM WATCH MEANS THAT TROPICAL STORM CONDITIONS ARE POSSIBLE WITHIN THE WATCH AREA... GENERALLY WITHIN 36 HOURS. AT 10 PM CDT...0300Z...THE CENTER OF TROPICAL STORM BONNIE WAS LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 25.0 NORTH...LONGITUDE 90.4 WEST OR ABOUT 295 MILES SOUTH-SOUTHWEST OF THE MOUTH OF THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER. BONNIE IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTH NEAR 5 MPH. A TURN TOWARD THE NORTHEAST AND INCREASE IN FORWARD SPEED IS EXPECTED DURING THE NEXT 24 HOURS.
