KATRINA IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTH-NORTHEAST NEAR 21 MPH...AND AN INCREASE IN FORWARD SPEED IS EXPECTED DURING THE NEXT 24 HOURS. ON THE FORECAST TRACK KATRINA WILL BE MOVING OVER NORTHEASTERN MISSISSIPPI AND NORTHWESTERN ALABAMA TONIGHT AND ACROSS WEST- CENTRAL TENNESSEE BY EARLY TUESDAY.
