AND THE CLOUD PATTERN IS BECOMING ASSOCIATED WITH A FRONTAL SYSTEM.
WINDS HAVE DECREASED TO 30 KNOTS AND GRADUAL WEAKENING IS
ANTICIPATED. BONNIE IS EXPECTED TO BECOME EXTRATROPICAL AS IT
MOVES RAPIDLY TOWARD THE NORTHEAST.
