MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHEAST NEAR 43 MPH...69 KM/H. A TURN
TOWARD THE EAST-NORTHEAST WITH AN INCREASE IN FORWARD SPEED IS
EXPECTED LATER THIS MORNING. ON THE FORECAST TRACK...THE CENTER OF
OPHELIA IS EXPECTED TO PASS OVER THE AVALON PENINSULA OF
NEWFOUNDLAND THIS MORNING.
