THE AIRCRAFT REPORTED PEAK 850 MB FLIGHT-LEVEL WINDS OF 68 KT AND BELIEVABLE SFMR WINDS AROUND 65 KT. BASED ON THESE DATA THE INITIAL INTENSITY IS INCREASED TO 65 KT...MAKING RINA THE 6TH HURRICANE OF SEASON IN THE ATLANTIC BASIN.
