MOST OF THE STRONGEST WINDS AND HEAVY RAINS ASSOCIATED WITH TAMMY ARE WELL TO THE NORTH AND EAST OF THE CENTER AND ARE STILL AFFECTING THE COASTLINE IN THE WARNING AREA. THE CENTER OF TAMMY IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHWEST NEAR 14 MPH... AND THIS MOTION GENERAL MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE TODAY... WITH A GRADUAL DECREASE IN FORWARD SPEED.
